Is Walmart getting into the Coupon Game? Apparently they made an update to their coupon policy. Now, if a coupon results in overage, the cashiers will not adjust it down. The coupon can be scanned for the full face value, and the overage will be applied towards your other items. If you don't have other items, Walmart's policy is to now give you cold-hard cash back when you make the register go negative!!
I am too worried that my store won't actually give cash back. But, applying that overage towards fresh fruit & veggies should be a breeze :) Looks like I just found another way to slash down this grocery bill!!
Is it worth having to step foot in Walmart again? Who knows...I am at least willing to try it out :)
